Member Subscription Payments

By purchasing a software license or subscription from Mobile Physician Technologies, llc, you are confirming that you have read and understand this payment, cancellation and refund policy. Mobile Physician Technologies charges in advance for PAR 3 EMR Member subscriptions

Quarterly or Semiannual PAR 3 EMR Member Subscription

Subscriptions include the full cost of a Member license for the term purchased. Member receives a software activation key to start the initial term of use. Toward the end of each purchase activation period, Members will be prompted that their term is drawing to an end. If not reactivated, PAR 3 EMR deactivates itself at the end of the term. In addition, Members pay quarterly or semiannual recurring Member subscription fees at the full rate as their initial purchase. Recurring Member subscription reactivation fees do not apply.

Annual PAR 3 EMR Member Subscription

Member subscription includes a one-time Member purchase cost for the license and a software activation key starting the initial term of use. This license is non-transferable and any processed payments non-refundable. Toward the end of the purchase activation period, Members will be prompted that their term is drawing to an end. If not reactivated, PAR 3 EMR deactivates itself at the end of the term. Members holding any Annual Member subscription type pay the annual recurring subscription fee.

Conversion of Membership Term to Annual Type

Quarterly or Semiannual Members still in their initial activation period may apply their cost towards the purchase of an annual license type. If your activation period has lapsed and you wish to reactivate your PAR 3 EMR license, you will be subject to full Membership payment plan offerings.

Automatic Renewal Policy for Member Subscriptions

We will charge/debit your stored payment method 14 days before the beginning of your Member subscription renewal period. When we renew your PAR 3 EMR Member subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit/debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your Member subscription will not renew. In this instance, PAR 3 EMR functionality is deactivated at the expected expiration date.

If We are Unable to Collect Payment

If we are unable to collect payment no later than 7 days prior to your renewal date, and you still wish to renew your license, you will be subject to current Membership payment plan offerings for your desired term. In certain cases, such as an expired card, our payment processor will contact the card issuing bank for updated information to allow the purchase to go through. You can view your payment method at any time by logging into your PAR 3 EMR account at www.par3emr.com. Until you cancel, billing will continue annually according to the Membership payment cycle stated at the time of your purchase.

Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)

If you have purchased an automatically renewing Reactivation Subscription on www.par3emr.com, and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by logging into your account www.par3emr.com, and sending us a “Cancel Recurring Membership” email. You will get email confirmation of your cancellation within 72 hours. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Mobile Physician Technologies, llc/PAR 3 EMR has a NO REFUND sales policy. The license is. The member subscription license membership is non-transferable and any processed payments non-refundable. All PAR 3 EMR Member subscription license or subscription renewal fee purchases are non-transferable, non-refundable and final.

Pre-purchase Trial Period

We strongly recommend all potential clients download and install PAR 3 EMR during the pre-purchase trial period. This for the purpose of gaining a full evaluation before investing. If you purchase a PAR 3 EMR Member subscription plan, we will send you an activation/reactivation key soon after successful payment has been verified. Our software has basic functionality during this period. Any remaining non-functionality will be enabled shortly after purchase. Please use the free trial to assure the PAR 3 EMR software meets your needs before purchasing a longer term Member subscription license.

Acceptance of Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Familiarize yourself with this Payment, Cancellation and Refund policy. By purchasing a PAR 3 EMR license or Reactivation Fee, you indicate that you have read, agree with, and fully accept the terms of this Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you disagree with or do not fully accept these terms, we ask that you do not purchase a license or recurring Reactivation fee from us.
