Order Procedure Terms & Conditions

Mobile Physician Technologies, LLC has partnered with Software Engineering of America as exclusive marketers of the PAR 3 EMR. Customers may place orders through our website or by telephone at: 1-516-328-7000. We accept telephone orders Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. We will confirm our acceptance of orders placed through our website by responsive email.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

When necessary, we ship our software by USPS within 3-5 days of an order for delivery within 7-10 business days. We add USPS delivery charges to the charges for your order. The Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charge incurred because the Customer provided us with the wrong address for delivery.

Payment Terms & Conditions

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Please have your credit card number and expiration date ready when ordering by phone.

Delays

Mobile Physician Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by strike, riots, war, weather, catastrophe, terrorist activities, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery, insufficient or incorrect information provided by a customer, disruption in ground transportation, or any other circumstances beyond Mobile Physician Technologies" reasonable control.

Terms & Conditions for Disputes and Jurisdiction

This terms of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute relating in any way to these terms, your visit to MobilePhysicianTechnologies.com or to products you purchased from us shall be submitted to arbitration in Denver, Colorado. Arbitration of the terms of this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator"s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The award in any arbitration pursuant to the terms of this agreement will include an award of costs and reasonable attorneys" fees to the prevailing party.
